Frequently asked questions
do you offer pet sitting?
Yes, we just call it drop-in visits. We are happy to discuss options for overnight stays or other services not listed.
what makes you special?
We don’t want you to have to pick-and-choose who might be able to take care of your beloved pets while you’re away. We will always take care of your pets like our own, and will be there for you when you need us, affordably.
Do i need an appointment?
Only on your first booking. We want to meet your pets and learn more about them.

Which dates and times are you available?
Every day of the week from 7:00AM until 9:00PM, including holidays and weekends. We’re here for you.
Who will get the job done?
Just my wife and/or myself. We don’t hire anybody else, so you know exactly who you’re working with every time.
Which animals can you see?
Dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs, whatever. We don’t care and will take care of all.
Can you administer medications?
We sure can.
How long are your visits?
We’re not going to set a timer for your pets. There’s nowhere else more important than being there with your pets. We’ll leave when your pet is happy and fulfilled - and only then, the job is done - until next time.
My puppy’s not fully vaccinated. Is that fine?
Sure - no worries. The only unavailable option is our in-home boarding, as we have a dog of our own here.
What areas do you service?
We don’t have a definitive “service line” - let us know where you live and we’ll let you know if we can cover it.
Are you licensed & certified?
Yes, we are a registered business, boarding certified, and we are First Aid certified through American Red Cross.
Are you insured?
Yes.
payment types?
We’ll work with whatever payment method you feel is best.
when will i be charged?
Before your first booking. If any changes occur during the booking, we will work with you.
